Trusted by 2,100+ school districts.
Manage1to1 has been running 1:1 programs in K-12 districts since 2012. Today, school IT teams from rural districts of 200 students to urban systems of 50,000 use the platform to track devices, run their help desk, recover damage charges, and answer parent questions before they become tickets.
Why districts stick around
Employee-owned (ESOP)
Every employee owns the company. No VC pressure, no flip-to-exit incentive.
Continuous since 2012
13+ years in K-12 production — built before most competitors launched.
Built by former school IT
Every employee is a former K-12 Tech Director, engineer, or technician.
Student Privacy Pledge signatory
FERPA, COPPA, PPRA compliant. We sign customer-side DPAs as a matter of course.

Districts in action
From single-school deployments to statewide consortia.
Manage1to1 runs in K-12 environments of every shape — rural elementary schools, urban high schools, charter networks across multiple states. We don't publicly list our customers without their written permission. If you're a Manage1to1 customer and want to be featured here, reach out to info@manage1to1.com.
Who runs on Manage1to1
Every kind of K-12 institution.
Per-student pricing scales linearly across district sizes, so the smallest single-school deployments and the largest statewide programs run on the same full platform — no enterprise-tier feature gates.
Large urban districts
Districts with tens of thousands of students and complex multi-building, multi-MDM environments. Manage1to1's department-based ticketing, granular RBAC, and per-building SLAs let central IT and building techs work in the same system without stepping on each other.
Mid-sized districts
The K-12 sweet spot — districts in the 2,000-7,500 student range running real 1:1 programs with a small but professional IT team. Most of our community is here. Per-student pricing scales linearly, so you get the full platform at every size.
Small districts & schools
Districts under 700 students pay a flat $1,000/year — full platform, no feature gates. Small IT teams (sometimes a team of one) get the same automation, reporting, and parent portal as the largest customers.
Charter & private schools
Charter networks running 1:1 programs across multiple campuses, and private K-12 schools operating their own device fleets. Manage1to1 works for any K-12 institution managing devices for students.
State-funded technology programs
Multi-district consortia and state-level technology programs that need consistent device tracking, reporting, and parent communication across participating districts.
Rural & remote districts
Districts with limited connectivity, smaller IT teams, and tight budgets. Manage1to1's cloud-hosted SaaS model means zero on-prem infrastructure to maintain — and ConnexPoint + parent-portal payments help recoup damage charges from families.
Common questions
What evaluating districts ask us.
References, case studies, migration, support coverage — the due-diligence checklist before procurement.
Can I talk to a Manage1to1 customer before signing up?
Yes. We don't publicly list customer names without permission, but we maintain a roster of districts who have agreed to take reference calls. After your evaluation demo, we'll match you with one or two customers whose district size, deployment model, and integration stack look like yours.
Do you have published case studies?
Several are in progress with districts who have agreed to be featured. Each covers their 1:1 rollout, the metrics that improved with Manage1to1, and the financial outcomes (damage recovery, staff time saved, replacement-cycle planning). If you'd like your district's story featured here, get in touch.
What sizes of districts run on Manage1to1?
Every K-12 size segment — from 200-student rural elementary schools paying the flat $1,000/year tier to 75,000-student urban districts on per-student pricing. Charter networks, private K-12 schools, and statewide technology consortia also run the platform. The full feature set ships with every tier.
My district is in a state with few Manage1to1 customers — will support work?
Yes. Manage1to1 is cloud-hosted and the entire team works remotely — there are no regional reps or territories. Districts in 42 states currently run on the platform, and support routing is based on the issue type, not your zip code.
How long does it take to migrate from our current system?
Most districts go live within two weeks. We import existing user data via OneRoster (PowerSchool, Infinite Campus, Skyward, ClassLink) and device inventory via MDM (JAMF Pro, JAMF School, Google Workspace, Apple School Manager). Routing workflows and ticket templates can be customized after launch — no professional services contract required.
How do I know Manage1to1 will still be here in 5 years?
Two structural reasons: Manage1to1 has been in continuous K-12 production since 2012 (13+ years and counting), and the parent company Overwatch Data Services is an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). Every employee owns a share of the company. No VC pushing for an exit, no roadmap pressure to flip to a strategic buyer who deprecates the product. The people who build Manage1to1 are the people who own it.
Are you a customer?
Help us tell your district's story.
Customer features and case studies start with a 30-minute conversation. If you're willing to share your 1:1 rollout, the metrics that improved with Manage1to1, or your financial outcomes (damage recovery, staff time saved, refresh-cycle planning), we'd love to feature your district here.
