Where these numbers come from.

Manage1to1 pricing on this page is our own published rates. Competitor figures are based on actual vendor quotes that school districts have shared with us — so we're comparing real K-12 dollars, not list prices off a sales sheet.

Manage1to1

Per-student tiers verbatim from Our Public Pricing Page. Every tier includes the full platform (help desk, asset management, user management, incidents, invoicing, self-service portal, reporting) plus MDM integrations and unlimited admins.

No mandatory setup fees, no mandatory training fees, and no mandatory price increases. Per-student rates have not gone up since the product launched — what a district signs up at is what they renew at year after year.

For full transparency: Manage1to1 does offer optional white-glove data-migration and training services for districts that want us to massage and import their data for them. These are quoted on a per-district basis and are 100% optional — every customer can run their own OneRoster / MDM import using the platform's documented connectors at no additional cost. The Year 1 figure shown in the calculator does not include them.

OneToOnePlus & IncidentIQ

Both competitor estimates come from actual quotes school districts received from these vendors and later shared with Manage1to1. We don't scrape vendor sites, run web crawlers, or guess — the curves above are the consistent pattern across the real-world quotes we've been given.

Real quotes vary by enrollment, modules selected, contract length, and what the district negotiates. IncidentIQ in particular is heavily modular — the Platform with Ticketing is the base product and almost everything else is a separate subscription line.

The calculator's IncidentIQ estimate uses only Platform with Ticketing + iiQ Assets — the minimum to match Manage1to1 on paper. To actually match what Manage1to1 ships in-platform, a district would also need:

  • Advanced Ticketing — enhanced ticketing workflows
  • Fee Tracker — student fee / invoice tracking
  • Policy Manager — AUP / policy acceptance workflows
  • Spare Pool — loaner device management

Each is a separate IIQ subscription line item. Non-IT modules (Facilities, HR, Identity, Event Reservation) add cost on top of that if a district uses them. So the IncidentIQ figure on this calculator is a floor — not the ceiling. A district budgeting against real IIQ quotes for the full Manage1to1 feature equivalent should expect their quote to land higher.

IncidentIQ 5-year totals include a 3% annual price escalator on the recurring subscription. We don't make that up — it's documented in real customer contracts. OneToOnePlus is kept flat in the 5-year math because we don't have OneToOnePlus contract data confirming an escalator. Manage1to1 has no escalator; per-student rates haven't increased since launch.
